2. Hosting

This website is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in a German data centre. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, fast delivery). A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place.

Server log files

On access, technically necessary data is processed (shortened/anonymised IP address, date/time, requested resource, user agent), stored briefly to ensure secure operation.

3. Contact form

When you use the contact form, I process the data you provide (name, email, message, optionally your role) to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Email delivery uses Brevo (EU region), with a DPA in place.

Spam protection

A hidden honeypot field and a server-side timestamp check protect against automated submissions. No data is shared with third parties.

4. Fonts & assets

All fonts, scripts and images are served locally from this server. There is no call to Google Fonts or other third parties.

5. Your rights

You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
